Before any returns can be processed you must contact us via e-mail or by filling out a support ticket in order to receive a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number first.

After receiving the RMA number and returning a product, please mail your package to the address below. Carefully pack your return items in a box large enough to accommodate all the items and include your original Invoice or print the order confirmation that you received via e-mail, in the box and seal it tightly. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for processing after we have received your return. After processing, you will receive an email detailing your Return Information.

- Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 14 days of the day your order shipped (the “Ship Date” on your invoice).
- Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Opened items cannot be returned unless defective.
- Defective items will be replaced with the same item only. No Refunds.
- All of the original packaging; case, booklets, liner notes, etc. must be included.
- We do not pay for postage on returns of unopened items.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
- International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping charges if order is refused.
- Promotional items cannot be returned for any reason, unless defective.
- If a package is returned to us without reason, we may contact you via telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
- If you return adult products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances.
- Non-defective novelties may not be returned for any reason.
- Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued.
- Certain Items are excluded from returns or exchanges:
- Items that have been worn
- Items that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
- Items with human and/or animal pet hair
- Items with stains
- Items not returned in original packaging
